Comparison

Looking for a BinderPOS alternative?

CardSync Pro is independent trading-card inventory and operations software. Pricing is a monthly subscription, not a percentage of your sales. Start as a Collector, move to Vendor when you sell, and to Store when you use supported online-channel workflows.

CardSync does not currently provide a BinderPOS importer, one-click migration, customer-data migration, store-credit migration, or channel-map preservation. Need help evaluating a migration? Contact us and we’ll review what can be imported and what may require manual setup.

Who CardSync Pro is a fit for

  • Collectors who want to track cards and sealed products before they sell.
  • Vendors who sell at the counter or at conventions and need quantity, Cost Paid, and asking price in one place.
  • Card stores that want reviewed Shopify, eBay beta, or TCGplayer CSV workflows without paying CardSync a percentage of sales.

Pricing model comparison

  • Collector is $0 with unlimited collection inventory and no credit card.
  • Vendor is $39.99 USD / month. Store is $59.99 USD / month. Paid plans include a 14-day Stripe trial.
  • CardSync charges a monthly subscription. It does not take a percentage of your sales. We do not publish BinderPOS’s current fees here; compare those on BinderPOS’s own site.

Inventory, POS, and conventions

  • Search the CardSync catalog, add singles and sealed products, and keep quantity, Cost Paid, ownership, and asking price on the same record.
  • Vendor and Store include Convention POS in a prepared desktop browser, trades, event inventory, and expenses.
  • Before a convention, download your store inventory and product images to the device. If venue Wi-Fi drops, you can still search that inventory and save prepared Convention sales in a desktop browser. Purchases, trades, and card-terminal payments still need a connection. Selling from a phone if the site goes down is not verified yet.

Shopify, eBay, and TCGplayer status

  • Shopify works now for connected stores: publish products, keep linked quantities updated, and import paid orders. One-click App Store install is still waiting on Shopify approval. Refunds and cancellations are not restocked automatically yet.
  • eBay is currently in beta. You can connect a seller account and use reviewed publishing for linked listings. Some automatic order updates are still being verified.
  • TCGplayer CSV export and import is live for eligible Level 4 sellers. Direct API sync is not generally available yet.
  • Wix publishing is planned. You can organize inventory in CardSync today, but CardSync does not publish to Wix yet.

Grading, profit, and distributor workflows

  • Grading Manager tracks submissions with raw cost, expected grade, actual grade, market value, and sold price.
  • Profit Center connects sales, Cost Paid, expenses, inventory value, and profit without rebuilding the numbers in a spreadsheet.
  • Distributor intelligence is available in Store for spend, allocations, shipments, and related records. Treat it as the in-app workflow, not a third-party certification.

Migration considerations

  • CardSync does not currently provide a BinderPOS importer, one-click migration, customer-data migration, store-credit migration, or channel-map preservation.
  • The usual path is to add inventory from the CardSync catalog and, where TCGplayer applies, use the live CSV export/import workflow for eligible Level 4 sellers.
  • There is no bulk spreadsheet importer advertised as a one-click migration.
  • Need help evaluating a migration? Contact us and we’ll review what can be imported and what may require manual setup.

Where CardSync Pro is stronger

  • A documented Collector → Vendor → Store path with a free no-card starting plan.
  • Flat monthly pricing instead of a CardSync sales commission.
  • Convention, grading, and profit tools sit next to the same inventory you publish to supported channels.
  • Public Live / Beta / Planned labels so you can see channel status before you connect.

Where BinderPOS may still be stronger

  • Stores that already depend on BinderPOS-specific storefront, customer, or marketplace mappings should assume those stay in BinderPOS until a reviewed import path exists.
  • If you need an automated BinderPOS extract today, CardSync cannot do that job yet.
  • Compare BinderPOS features and pricing on BinderPOS’s own site. This page does not claim feature parity.

Current CardSync limitations

  • CardSync does not currently provide a BinderPOS importer, one-click migration, customer-data migration, store-credit migration, or channel-map preservation.
  • Shopify App Store one-click install is still awaiting approval. Refunds and cancellations are not restocked automatically.
  • eBay is beta. Native TCGplayer API sync is access-gated. Wix publishing is planned.
  • Physical-mobile Offline Mode recovery is not yet verified. Purchases, trades, and storefront payments still need connectivity.
