Information we collect
CardSync Pro collects the information you choose to provide when you create an account, request a demo, contact support, subscribe, or use the app. This can include your name, email address, store name, billing references, sales-channel settings, inventory records, workflow notes, and other information you add to your workspace.
How we use information
We use this information to run CardSync Pro, authenticate and support your account, operate the workflows you choose to use, process subscriptions, troubleshoot problems, improve the product, prevent abuse, and communicate with you about service or support matters. We do not use a connected marketplace account to perform actions you have not authorized through CardSync Pro.
Connected stores and marketplaces
If you connect a store or marketplace, CardSync Pro may receive the account identifiers, permissions, connection status, product and listing data, SKUs, inventory quantities, seller prices, order and transaction data, and other information required to provide the connection you enabled. We limit marketplace access to the workflows needed for that connection and use the data to operate CardSync Pro for you.
Connection credentials and access
Where a supported integration requires an access token or similar credential, CardSync Pro stores the credential on the server side and protects stored sales-channel secrets with application-level encryption. We do not display full stored access tokens back to users. Never send passwords, API secrets, or access tokens through public contact forms, chat messages, or other unsecured channels.
Orders and buyer information
Some authorized marketplace and store integrations may provide order details needed to match a sale, reduce inventory, reconcile quantities, support reporting, or help you understand what happened in your own store. Depending on the provider, those records may include transaction identifiers and limited buyer or fulfillment information. CardSync Pro uses that information only to provide the requested commerce workflow, support the account, meet legal obligations, and protect the service.
How we share information
We do not sell customer data. We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, operate, bill for, monitor, or support CardSync Pro, and with a connected marketplace or commerce platform when necessary to carry out an action you requested. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a legitimate business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
Retention, disconnection, and deletion
We keep account, billing, inventory, marketplace, support, and audit records for as long as reasonably needed to provide CardSync Pro, maintain reliable transaction history, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, or meet legal and contractual requirements. Disconnecting a sales channel stops future access through that connection, but it may not immediately remove historical records that are still required for accounting, reconciliation, security, or legal purposes. You can contact us to request deletion of eligible account or marketplace data.
Marketplace account deletion notices
CardSync Pro supports provider-specific account deletion and disconnection requirements where they apply. For example, CardSync Pro provides an eBay marketplace-account deletion notification endpoint and uses valid deletion notices to support removal or disconnection handling for the affected marketplace account.
Service providers
CardSync Pro relies on third-party providers to operate the service. Depending on the features you use, these may include Supabase, Stripe, Vercel, Shopify, eBay, TCGplayer workflows, email providers, analytics or logging providers, and other infrastructure or commerce services. Those providers may process information on our behalf or as an independent platform you chose to connect, subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
Security
We use technical and operational safeguards intended to protect CardSync Pro accounts and connected-store data, including server-side access controls and encrypted storage for supported sales-channel secrets. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so we also design sensitive publishing, pricing, and connection workflows to keep important actions reviewable where practical.
Your choices
You can contact us to correct your account information, ask how your data is handled, disconnect a supported marketplace, request deletion of eligible account or marketplace data, or opt out of non-essential launch and marketing communications. Service and security messages may still be sent when they are necessary to operate your account.
