Connect your Shopify store

  1. Sign in to your CardSync Pro Store workspace, open Sales Channels Hub, and open Shopify setup. Confirm that you are connecting the Shopify store you own or are authorized to manage.
  2. The current customer setup supports an existing store-owned custom app. Use the permanent .myshopify.com domain and follow the connection method shown for that store. Public Shopify App Store installation is not available yet.
  3. For a custom-app token connection, enter the Admin API access token in the authenticated setup form, choose Test connection, and save only after the test succeeds. If your Shopify app does not provide this type of token, contact support before changing or uninstalling the existing app.
  4. The setup page lists the required product, inventory, location, and order permissions. Resolve missing permissions through the connection instructions, then test the saved connection again. Order access is needed to import paid orders.

Prepare and publish inventory

  1. Complete the required workspace setup and review Pricing Rules before publishing. In Owned Inventory, confirm the product, printing, condition, SKU, on-hand quantity, and intended selling price. Shopify publishing requires a store price greater than zero.
  2. Check the Shopify store and inventory location used for stock updates. If the connection reports a location or permission problem, resolve it before publishing a batch; ask support if the intended location is unclear.
  3. Open Inventory Sync or the Shopify publishing action in Owned Inventory. Start with a small selection, review the proposed changes, and submit the products you intend to publish. Items marked convention-only or not ready may be excluded.
  4. Read the result for each product and open its Shopify listing to confirm the price, variant, and stock at the intended location before continuing with a larger batch. Successful connection testing alone does not mean a product has been published.

Check stock and paid orders

  1. Linked Shopify listings use sellable quantity, which can differ from physical on-hand stock when inventory is reserved for grading or held from online sale. Check those reservations and holds before correcting a stock difference.
  2. Zero is a valid Shopify inventory quantity. Set the actual quantity and review the sync result; do not add a unit just to make an out-of-stock item publish. A missing quantity or missing selling price is a different issue.
  3. Check the Shopify connection and order-reconciliation messages in Sales Channels Hub. Paid-order import needs order access and matching inventory. Unmatched or conflicting lines need review; do not assume every order has already reduced CardSync stock.
  4. Automatic refund and cancellation restocks are not included. Review the order and the actual stock in both systems before making any correction, so an item is not restocked twice. Automatic daily channel price synchronization is not running.

Recover a failed or interrupted sync

  1. Read the failed or skipped product results first. Keep the exact message, product or SKU, channel, and approximate time; a partial batch can include both successful and unsuccessful items.
  2. If Shopify requests reconnection or updated permissions, follow the action shown for the existing connection and run Test connection afterward. Do not uninstall the existing app as a first troubleshooting step.
  3. After a timeout, check the Shopify listing and the current sync result before retrying. A request may have completed even when its response did not arrive. Retry the affected original inventory records instead of creating replacement products.
  4. If the same items still fail, email support with the result details and a screenshot. Include the store domain and steps you took, but remove customer information and never send passwords, access tokens, API secrets, or payment-card details.

Manage billing or cancel

  1. For a subscription purchased through the CardSync Pro website with Stripe, sign in to the account used at checkout and open Manage Billing. The Stripe Customer Portal shows your invoices, payment details, renewal, and cancellation options.
  2. Check the cancellation confirmation and effective date in the portal. Paid access follows your subscription or trial status; disconnecting a sales channel does not cancel a separate Stripe subscription.
  3. For an unexpected charge or an account you cannot access, contact support with the billing email, charge date, and a short explanation. Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Contact support before starting another subscription to resolve an existing billing problem.
  4. Cancellation, channel disconnection, and account-data deletion are separate requests. Contact support for data-access or deletion requests and review the Privacy Policy for retention information.

Other channels and offline use

eBay is beta and needs business policies and an inventory location before publishing. TCGplayer uses CSV export and import for eligible Level 4 sellers; native API access is not generally available. Wix publishing is planned. Review each channel's current support before starting a migration.

Prepare Offline Mode on the device before a convention. Supported Convention sales can be saved in a prepared desktop browser when the connection drops; purchases, trades, and card-terminal payments need connectivity. Selling from a phone when the site is unavailable is not verified.

Read our Privacy Policy and Cancellation and Refund Policy for account and billing information.
